Bampton Packaging has taken delivery of 3 new Doosan 2 tonne counter-balance Fork Lift trucks from Windsor Materials Handling on a 6 year deal. They replace the existing Komatsu 2 tonne trucks, also supplied by Windsor. The replacements form part of our fleet of 5 that also includes a 7 tonne counterbalance and a reach truck. Production Director David Williams said “All the trucks operated on site are electric. The comprehensive mast configuration of the new trucks enables entry into shipping containers whilst capable of a 5 metre lift height in order to provide handling availability to the factory’s mezzanine floor”.
